TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Effective Date: October 11, 2026

1. About Scale Funnels

Scale Funnels PH provides digital educational resources, business tools, sales funnel strategy, lead generation guidance, and related marketing services. In these Terms and Conditions, “Scale Funnels,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the business operating under the Scale Funnels PH brand. “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or business purchasing or using our products or services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product or service from Scale Funnels PH, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Products and Services

Our offerings may include downloadable guides, worksheets, templates, spreadsheets, digital toolkits, educational materials, consultations, funnel strategy, and marketing services.

Each product or service will be described on its applicable sales page. Please review the product description, included materials, price, and delivery method before completing your purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page and may be stated in Philippine pesos (PHP) or another currency expressly indicated at checkout.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Your order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to change future prices or offers. Any change will not alter the price already confirmed for an existing order.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through the delivery method stated on the product page, which may include a download link or access instructions sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate and check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders if delivery is not immediately visible.

If you experience a delivery issue, contact us using the details provided on our website so we can assist.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consumer Rights

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Because digital products may be delivered or accessed immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited once access or download has been provided, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law. If a product is not delivered, is materially different from its description, or is defective, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy provided where required.

For consultations and services, any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms will be stated in the relevant service description or written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products and materials sold by Scale Funnels PH, including guides, templates, worksheets, frameworks, copy, and training resources, are owned by or licensed to Scale Funnels PH.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, reproduce for commercial distribution, or claim ownership of our materials without prior written permission.

8. No Guarantee of Business Results

Our products and services provide educational information, practical tools, and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee specific results, including a particular number of leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, or business growth.

Your results depend on factors such as your offer, audience, pricing, execution, market conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Our materials are not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order and for maintaining the security of your account, download links, and access credentials.

You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information as reasonably necessary to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support, and operate our business.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and relevant Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Please review our Privacy Policy on our website for further details about the personal information we collect, how we use it, and your applicable rights.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Payments, email delivery, website hosting, scheduling, and other functions may rely on third-party providers. Your use of those providers may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues affecting your purchase.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scale Funnels PH will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version presented at the time of your order, subject to any legal requirements.
